How to survive working from home

I am the laziest person in the world when it comes to physical activity. You would be surprised at the amount of time I can spend in a pajama and slippers. This is why working from home was appealing and also dangerous because it could turn me into a nasty hermit.

So, this is what I did:

  • Set up a beautiful, functional workspace.
  • Started working out in the morning so I had to take a shower after.
  • Getting dressed as if I was going out.
  • I did take naps in the beginning, but I don’t anymore, I just don’t feel like it.
  • Set up a daily work schedule and stick to it.

 

Being in bed and in your pajamas might make you depressed, so just remember to stay active and take care of your body. It is the most important thing.
